FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I haven’t received my TGS Union email yet, what gives?

    • Some Union emails are intercepted by junk, spam or promotional folders. Please check those folders first, as it usually solves about 90% of the inquiries.

    • The Union emails sometimes take about 60-90 minutes to reach everyone on the list. Please be patient!

    • If you still have not received an email, please send us an email with your name and the email address you used to sign up.

  • If I sign up for the TGS Union after an email/offer/announcement has been sent, can I still take part?

    • Unfortunately, no. You need to be IN the TGS Union at the time of mailing to be eligible, so make sure you’re signed up for the next one.

  • If I receive a pre-sale code, discount code or other offer via the TGS Union can I share it?

    • Please don’t share any pre-sale, discount code or other offer. We want to keep those offers for the most dedicated fans who are members of this group. Thank you!

  • How often do you send TGS Union emails? Will I be annoyed?

    • We try to be as respectful as possible and only send occasional email updates when we have big news to share.

  • How do I update my profile (address, email address, etc)?

    • At the bottom of any TGS Union mailer is an “update preferences” link which takes you to Mailchimp to make the desired changes.

  • Should I expect a confirmation when I sign up?

    • Yes, you should receive a confirmation email from Mailchimp to confirm your sign-up. If you don’t receive one, please check your junk/spam/promotional folders, or send us an email to verify.

  • Will there be more TGS Union events in the future?

    • Yes, absolutely. Stay tuned to your email for information when those fan events occur.

  • You gave away some stuff to TGS Union members and I didn’t get any, what gives?

    • Our TGS Union giveaways are picked entirely at random from members with completely filled out information. Luck of the draw!

  • I’m an early TGS Union member - are you still going to issue TGS Union membership cards?

    • That is to be determined. To be honest, the group grew so big so quickly that executing those individually will now be very difficult.
