By downloading the App from the Apple App Store or the Android App Store, you get access to:

  • Exclusive digital content like concert audio, video and behind the scenes photos

  • Exclusive merchandise offers

  • First crack at tickets and experiences

  • Get opted-in to our TGS Union mailers

  • Chat one-on-one with other community members

  • Fill out your profile to show everyone your TGS collections!

In addition to these great fan club benefits, the new app also gives you the ability to collect digital passport stamps for each show you attend and selected merch that you purchase. These stamps are used to unlock rewards including even better exclusive content, merchandise offers and TGS experiences. The app can be synced with your physical TGS Union passport as well!

This is only the beginning of the app. We have bigger plans for the app, with many compelling features to be added in the coming weeks and months.

Though you are not required to, we do encourage you to enter your full address in order to get localized notifications, offers and special surprises. Also make sure your notifications are turned ON!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I’m already in the TGS Union mailing list, do I need to sign up separately for the app?

    • Yes, unfortunately you’ll need to create a new profile on the app. We will make sure that your email is only included in our mailer database once though!

  • I have a TGS Passport, how does it work with the app?

    • The passport is a collectors item that can be linked to your app using a QR code inside the passport. If you do not have a QR code in your passport, visit the TGS Union table at an upcoming show to get one, and get help linking your passport to the app.

    • If you have stamps in your TGS Passport that pre-date the launch of the App, visit us at the merch table to find out how to get those stamps populated into the App!

  • What are the rewards for each level unlocked in the app?

    • You’ll have to wait and see - but we’re pretty excited and think the rewards are really special. Remember, once you hit Level 10, you start back at Level 1 with a new set of rewards.

  • I haven’t received my TGS Union email yet, what gives?

    • Some Union emails are intercepted by junk, spam or promotional folders. Please check those folders first, as it usually solves about 90% of the inquiries.

    • The Union emails sometimes take about 60-90 minutes to reach everyone on the list. Please be patient!

    • If you still have not received an email, please send us an email with your name and the email address you used to sign up.

  • If I sign up for the TGS Union after an email/offer/announcement has been sent, can I still take part?

    • Unfortunately, no. You need to be IN the TGS Union at the time of mailing to be eligible, so make sure you’re signed up for the next one.

  • If I receive a pre-sale code, discount code or other offer via the TGS Union can I share it?

    • Please don’t share any pre-sale, discount code or other offer. We want to keep those offers for the most dedicated fans who are members of this group. Thank you!

  • How often do you send TGS Union emails? Will I be annoyed?

    • We try to be as respectful as possible and only send occasional email updates when we have big news to share.

  • How do I update my profile (address, email address, etc)?

    • To update your mailing list settings, at the bottom of any TGS Union mailer, click the “update preferences” link which takes you Mailchimp to make the changes

    • To update your information in the app, simply click the “Profile Tab” and edit the info as needed

  • Will there be more TGS Union events in the future?

    • Yes, absolutely. Stay tuned to your email for information when those fan events occur.

  • You gave away some stuff to TGS Union members and I didn’t get any, what gives?

    • Our TGS Union giveaways are picked entirely at random from members with completely filled out information. Luck of the draw!

  • I’m an early TGS Union member - are you still going to issue TGS Union membership cards?

    • Unfortunately not. Though we had the best of intentions to do so, developing the app has taken priority.
